Mark Crea – Executive Director/CEO
Mark became the Executive Director/CEO of Feed My Starving Children in 2004. With decades of experience managing nonprofit organizations and raising funds, he has led the organization to 38 percent year-over-year growth. Mark is passionate about helping the most vulnerable in Jesus' name. Before joining FMSC, he held director positions in marketing and development at a number of corporations and national nonprofit organizations, including Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life and the Hazelden Foundation.
Andy Carr – Vice President of Development & Marketing
Andy is the Vice President of Development and Marketing for FMSC. He is responsible for all aspects of fundraising and marketing for the organization. He joined FMSC in June of 2013 after volunteering and supporting FMSC since 2005. Andy was formerly the Executive Vice President of AIR-serv Group, LLC, a position he held since August of 2006. In that role he was responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing for the company. Andy helped establish a global sales force for AIR-serv and spearheaded the company's involvement in various trade associations and industry events worldwide. Prior to joining AIR-serv, Andy was employed for 15 years in the waste services industry with companies such as Waste Management and Browning Ferris Industries (BFI).
Lisa Ellis – Vice President of Manufacturing
Lisa is the VP of Manufacturing for FMSC. She oversees the people and processes that drive the production and packing of all MannaPack® meals. Prior to joining FMSC in 2013, Lisa spent the bulk of her career in store operations for Target Corporation. She is passionate about equipping others to grow and thrive — from the Manufacturing team to packing volunteers to the children, families and communities FMSC serves around the world.
Joel Howells – Vice President of Supply Chain
Joel became the VP of Supply Chain in 2021 after working for FMSC for over ten years. He oversees purchasing, logistics, as well as production planning and forecasting for the organization. Prior to working at FMSC, Joel spent time abroad where he found purpose and passion in serving the poor to further God's kingdom. He also has worked in the public trading sector. Joel is committed to establishing and maintaining meaningful, collaborative relationships with vendors and distributors who make the work of FMSC possible.
Junior Obrand – Vice President of International Programs
Junior is the Vice President of International Programs and has been with FMSC since 2012. He oversees the distribution process of FMSC food products to our partners in more than 70 countries around the world. Junior is committed to helping and equipping our partners reach more people in need — from food distribution to collaborative programs and projects that maximize FMSC's impact around the world. Junior was born and raised in Haiti. Prior to joining FMSC, he worked in various humanitarian capacities, including serving as a multilingual interpreter in and outside of the United States.
Jeanie Picardi – Vice President of Human Resources
Jeanie is the VP of Human Resources for FMSC. She joined FMSC in 2004. Jeanie is currently responsible for all human resources functions. She has more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, including leadership positions in human resources, public relations, fundraising and community organizing. She is passionate about serving God's children through the ministry of Feed My Starving Children.
Dan Stennes-Rogness – Vice President of Finance/CFO
Dan joined FMSC in March of 2014 as Senior Director of Finance. Before coming on staff, Dan served for four years on the Finance Committee at FMSC. Dan is responsible for all financial activities of the organization, including internal and external financial reporting, audits, budgets, forecasts, treasury management, regulatory filings, risk management and information technology. Prior to joining FMSC he was the CFO for Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation. Dan has 29 years of experience in the nonprofit sector.
